accommodation from the initial phone call to installation. There
are a number of aspects to take into account and we can guide you
through all of the necessary steps.

We provide turnkey packages.
This means that we can take care of your building requirements from
initial enquiry, design, through planning and offer a full civils
package - drainage, electrical connection, water, ramps, IT, burglar
and fire alarms, category 2 lighting, to ensure that your project
is as worry-free a possible and completed to a fixed price, delivered
on time.
Initial Considerations
Size of site
Site restrictions - this means things like existing buildings, limited
access, trees in fact anything that will affect the location or
access to the building. We will survey the site.
Design of Building for Educational Purposes
Do you need things like:
- Store Rooms
- Toilets
- Disabled Access
- IT
- Carpets
We meet all safety requirements for classrooms etc. and provide
to several county councils.
This means that our buildings meeting current building regulations.
Design of Office Building
Do you need things like:
- Kitchen Facilities
- Toilets
- Disables Access
- IT
- Open Plan Areas
- Meeting Rooms
- Carpets
Design of on Site Accommodation
Do you need things like:
- Mess Rooms
- Canteen
- Toilet Blocks
- Dissabled Access

- Call office with your enquiry
Tell us your requirements such as purpose of unit, how many people
to work in each area. Do you need toilet facilities, kitchen,
meeting rooms, server room, etc?
Are there any restrictions to your site, meaning that the building
will have to be of a certain size or configuration?
- Design and Quotation
We will provide you with a design and quotation based on the information
supplied.
- Site Assessment
If the design and price are suitable for your requirements we
will visit site to establish transport costs and whether or not
a crane is needed. We can then assess the location of services
(water, sewage, electricity) and provide you with a cost for connection
along with pad foundations etc.
- Extra Site Work
If you require extra works such as access ramps, car-parking etc,
this can also be assessed at this point.
- Ordering and Delivery Date
Buildings can be delivered 4- 8 weeks from point of order. This
can vary however, depending on the current workload of production
department. At this stage you will be asked to confirm the layout
of the building and to sign our sales/ rental agreement.
- Planning
Planning may also be required. As part of our turnkey package
we can apply for planning permission on your behalf and liaise
with council for inspections etc.
- Installation
The units will be assembled in our workshop so that minimal disruption
is caused on the site.
- IT
Installation of IT points, cabling etc
